Training, Support and Custom Schedules and Protocols

Gannon Chemicals offers a range of training and support services to assist clients in implementing the best solutions for their business.

  • Technical Service Reports

We carry out customer service reports frequently for our customers. It is a checklist for system and cleaning compliance, providing management information for both the customer and provider. Chemical dilution systems are checked operationally, as is overall cleanliness. Corrective actions are noted, re-training if required. Units are downloaded and figures taking, dosage pumps are also primed. Signage charts are checked, as are spray bottle stations. Dish wash and Laundry machines are tested for wash quality results, water hardness checked, wash jets, wash temperature and rinse tank temperature is also checked. All items that need to be working to their optimum, to guarantee superior cleaning results.

  • Account Monitoring

Through our performance management systems we monitor chemical usage by our customers to ensure value and consistency of quality. Dosage unit downloads are processed to give the customer a breakdown of how many washes their dishwasher is doing, how many times the water was changed a day, and how much chemical is being used per wash. Laundry reports give the same information, coupled with what kind of washes are being processed the most, woollens, linen etc.

  • Customer Audits and Reviews

    1. Ensure correct procedures are being adhered to (Rinsing, Foaming, Cleaning)
    2. Calibrate Foamers.
    3. Check Water Pressures (Make sure equipment is working efficiently).
    4. Check Hoses and Equipment.
    5. Observe Foaming and Cleaning in detail.
    6. Assess the cleaning process.
    7. Propose any changes necessary.
    8. Clean the Stainless Steel, Guards etc. HACPP identify the critical control points (Cutting Boards etc.) and propose focussed cleaning procedures.
    9. Access the efficient quality, phosphate levels, and water volumes.
  • Cleaning Schedules

We create cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure customers benefit from our products as efficiently as possible.

    • The SOP (Standard Operating System) is a written document / instruction detailing all steps and activities of a process or procedure. The process, in this case, is the cleaning process.
    • These sets of instructions when carried out without any deviation or modification guarantee the expected outcome. Namely, a clean and safe kitchen or bedroom.
    • The SOP is the template from which internal audits are carried out to validate the effectiveness of the cleaning effort.
  • Customised Training Programs

The SOP therefore, forms the basis for training - All cleaning operatives are trained to the standard. Cleaning operatives can then be judged competent or requiring retraining. We perform training courses and consultation for our customers. We issue individualised training certificates for each participant.
